Who We Are

Because too many outdoor accidents start with one simple problem: no one knows where the person went.

We created our notepads to make trip planning visible, shareable, and simple. A paper trail that turns into a safety tool. Something you can leave on a table, in a car, or send to a loved one before you go.

Our mission is not tech for tech’s sake. It is peace of mind.
For the hiker on the trail.
For the family waiting at home.
For the rescuer who needs a starting point.

Suraiya grew up in France in the 80s, back when plans were written down, maps were folded, and you called home to say where you were going. She studied in the French Riviera and Paris, building a strong foundation in culture, communication, and creative work. She spent many years working in television before relocating to Arizona. She is an adventurer, creator, and entrepreneur based in Arizona. Curiosity and creativity have always guided her path, shaping a life driven by exploration, learning, and purpose. Her interests span both the outdoors and the arts, from rock climbing, hiking, kayaking, and camping to painting, cooking, crochet, ping pong, and flute. You name it.

In 2025, she founded Kezio Media, naming the company after her children, Kezia and Vito. They are her greatest inspiration, and she hopes this project will grow with the same humility, kindness, confidence, and integrity they embody. She chose the name Media because Kezio Media serves as an umbrella for multiple creative projects, including stationery, a poetry book titled Pop Slam Poésie, a TV cooking show concept, and a board game.

Before building Kezio Media, and alongside it, she developed a specialized career in the fast paced environment of airport operations in Phoenix, Arizona. She has worked with several airlines, where customer service, problem solving, and supporting refugees and vulnerable travelers are part of daily life. Aviation taught her that behind every delay, disruption, or announcement, there is a human story and usually someone having a very long day. She was also a chef in a French restaurant, Chez Vous, in Gainey Village in Scottsdale, Arizona,. She could list all her jobs, but that might be a bit much for one page.

Outside of work, she volunteers with the Glendale Historical Society, a commitment that reflects her appreciation for the town and its history. Staying involved locally keeps her grounded and connected to the community. The volunteers are wonderful people to be around, even if they sometimes struggle with her French accent. It is always a good time, she says!

Everything she does today is shaped by where she comes from, the places she has explored, and the people she has met along the way. She values meaningful connections and practical solutions that make a real difference. Working with her is fast, clear, and efficient. And if the vibe is not right, she will know quickly and so will you.
